Repeal The First Amendment – It’s only used to defend predators, child molesters, and gangstalkers. Other developed countries like Canada do not have “Freedom of Speech.”
Freedom of Speech aka Hate Speech – Hate speech does extensive harm on it’s targets. Online perpetrators of hate speech are protected by the First Amendment, but the right to privacy and safety for everyone else is not protected.
Trump declared a state of National Emergency in a political face saving scheme to either build the wall he promised to his voters, or shut down the government and blame it on the Democrats. There be no national emergency on the US Mexico border besides Trump himself. Ironically, Trump would divert funds away from law enforcement and drug interdiction to build his wall. As for the government shutdown, Trump’s Libertarian supporters want to dismantle the government anyway and turn USA into a bolshevik state.
